Eligibility for Returns

Most items purchased from SHESH MESH are eligible for return. To be eligible: • Item must be unused and in its original condition • Original packaging, tags, and labels must be intact • Item must not be damaged or altered after delivery • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required Some products from specific sellers may have different return policies - check the product page for details.

Section 2

Return Timeframe

We offer a generous return window to ensure your satisfaction: • Standard returns: 7 days from delivery date • Premium members: 14 days from delivery date • Electronics and appliances: 3 days from delivery date Return requests must be initiated within this timeframe. Late requests may be denied.

Condition of Items

Items must meet these conditions for return: • Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered • All original tags and labels attached • In original packaging (if applicable) • No signs of wear, damage, or use • No odors (perfume, smoke, etc.) Items not meeting these conditions may be rejected or subject to a restocking fee.

Section 4

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned: • Innerwear, underwear, and swimwear (hygiene reasons) • Customized or personalized products • Perishable goods and beauty products (opened) • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" • Gift cards and vouchers • Items damaged due to customer misuse Please check product descriptions before purchasing.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return: 1. Inspection takes 1-2 business days after receipt 2. Approved refunds are processed within 3-5 business days 3. Refund is credited to the original payment method Refund timeline by payment method: • bKash/Nagad/Rocket: 1-2 business days • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days • Cash on Delivery: Refunded to store credit or mobile wallet

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for most products: • Exchange for different size or color of the same product • Subject to availability of the requested variant • No additional charges for exchanges (standard shipping) • If the new item costs more, you pay the difference • If the new item costs less, you receive store credit To exchange, select "Exchange" when initiating your return request.

Shipping Costs for Returns

Return shipping is handled as follows: • Defective/Wrong items: FREE return shipping (we arrange pickup) • Change of mind: Customer pays return shipping • Exchange: FREE shipping for the new item Return shipping cost is approximately ৳60-120 depending on location. This may be deducted from your refund for eligible returns.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item: 1. Report within 48 hours of delivery with photos 2. Do not use or wash the item 3. Keep all original packaging 4. We'll arrange a FREE pickup 5. Full refund or replacement will be provided Please take clear photos showing the damage or incorrect item received.
